SKATEHOLDERS FORUM 2024

A festival dedicated to skateboarding, art, urbanism and education

29 June – 6 July in Budweis and Tábor

In 2023, Budweis has gained the title of European Cultural Capital 2028 and the programming for upcoming years includes a lot of skateboarding-related activities as well. The main event within the skateboarding section of ECC 2028 scheduled for this year is the Skateholders Forum Festival. A week full of skate jams, panel debates, exhibitions, workshops and music, including renown guests from several European countries.

The whole programme will start with a local skate contest at Budweis skatepark on Saturday 29 June and will continue in the same city until Wednesday 3 July with everyday activities – mainly workshops and debates. On Thursday 4 July, the program will move to the neighboring city of Tábor and will merge with the Transforma Festival. In Tábor, the highlight of Skateholders Forum program will be the 4th edition of annual DIY team contest “Vozová Hrotba”.
