9:00 – 18:00 Library - playful exhibition for parents and children –> Do you know who František Ondříček was? And who is the street you are living on named after? You can walk around half of the Vltava residential area following his name, but hardly anyone knows him. Let's change that!
16:00 – 18:30 Presentation of the Bid Book -> How does the application for the European Capital of Culture look? The Budějovice 2028 team must submit it in September. Come to the library in KD Vltava to hear what changes have been requested in the city and find out how much you have already contributed alongside us!
18:30 – 19:30 Roundtable discussion on Supporting communities and civil society in the city. We will discuss in more detail the projects that will be in the application form. This will take place at Bistro Magdalene.
10:00 - 18:00 Tales of Vltavín the water sprite A self-service educational field game about the neighbourhood. Flip through the diary of Vltavín the water sprite and join him to hear stories about the history and current status of the estate and explore places of interest. 10:00 - 12:00 Bike ride with Akční Budějčáci -> Come with us to discover the Vltava residential area and its surroundings by bike! Cycling through squares, parks, housing estates, nature and the Vrbenské Ponds. There is no better way to discover a new neighbourhood. We'll end at Hvízdal.

All day Trip to the Vrbenské Ponds -> Download or pick up in advance at the caravan a guide to a field game about the Vrbenské Ponds, created by the Cassiopeia Eco-centre. You can also go on a hike after Sunday lunch. Educate yourself and the kids and learn something new. Bring your binoculars!
