We want local culture to grow on a solid foundation of knowledge and cooperation. The main platform for dialogue is our (Perma)cultural forum, where we work with you to find solutions to current challenges in the field. We put this discussion into practice through educational cycles such as the Project Gym, Accessibility Gym, and support for young organizational talent in Young Creators.

An educational program and networking platform for young people aged 15–30 who want to create, organize, and change the cultural environment around them.

(Perma)culture forum
The Permaculture Forum is the largest program conference of the EHMK, enabling cultural actors and institutions in South Bohemia to meet and discuss the most current topics in cultural development.
Project Gym
Project Gym is an educational program for the internal team and implementers of supported projects, dedicated to project management and the three priority areas of Budějovice 2028: international cooperation, audience development, and environmental sustainability.
Accessibility gym
A series of meetings and workshops designed for cultural professionals from the South Bohemian Region, structured to help them understand the importance of accessibility in culture and become carriers of this expertise themselves – translating it into the everyday life of their organisation. This training programme is being prepared for autumn 2026.
Audience Gym
The Audience Gym is a practical training programme focused on audience development. It connects research findings with the experience of cultural organisations and concrete tools that can be applied in everyday practice.
