(PERMA)CULTURE FORUM

The (Perma)culture Forum is a two-day international program conference of České Budějovice 2028 as the European Capital of Culture. Since its first edition in 2023, it has been creating a space for sharing experiences, inspiration, and the creation of new partnerships and projects. Each year, it focuses on a specific theme related to the long-term goals of České Budějovice 2028 – from cultural infrastructure and community development to cultural sustainability, creative education, and the cultural and creative industries.

At the same time, the forum always presents the ECoC program through specific partners, projects, strategies, and collaborations. Each year, it combines this reflection with inspiring examples from other cities and institutions in Europe. In the Czech context, the forum thus becomes a regular opportunity to share ideas and reflect on current trends in culture.
