What is it?

REZI.DANCE is the first artist residence house focused on live art in the Czech Republic. It does not seek to be a theatre or cultural center – its main mission is to be a space for artistic research, experimentation and exploration, without pressure for specific outputs or final results.

As a process-oriented residency, REZI.DANCE offers a flexible residency structure that responds to the individual needs of each artist and supports spontaneity and authenticity in the creative process. We strive to create a safe and stimulating environment where all forms of art, intellectual and creative activities, and diverse approaches to artistic and aesthetic exploration have their place.

REZI.DANCE operates at the intersection of liberal arts and the creative industry. It is open not only to individual artists and art collectives, but also to cultural managers and entire production teams.

Harvest 2025 is a festival (already held) of contemporary physical arts that grows out of the landscape of South Bohemia – both literally and figuratively. It was created out of a need to share what sprouted in the REZI.DANCE residential space in Komařice between 2022 and 2025. And it was precisely this place, its history, atmosphere, and surrounding nature that were an integral part of each of this year's festival works.

Since 2023, Sklizeň has taken on a new form – it lasts six weeks and offers viewers time and space for repeated, sensory-rich and intimate experiences. Each visit to the landscape brings a new image. A different story. A different encounter. The festival features installations in the landscape, guided walks, creative workshops and physical performances set directly in specific locations.
