The Creative Minds project is a comprehensive initiative focused on connecting and supporting cooperation between the fields of culture and education in the South Bohemian Region with the aim of promoting creative learning and innovative approaches to education through tools, methods, resources, and forms of art and culture. Creative Minds is part of the České Budějovice - European Capital of Culture 2028 project.

The aim of the project "Creative Minds, Creating a Methodology" is to create a unique methodology that will be a key tool for the further development of the skills of KKS employees and the creation of new educational programs for creative learning, whether with artists in schools or in artistic and cultural institutions. The creation of a methodology is essential to achieve consistency, quality, and effectiveness in all future planned activities and programs of the project. The creation of a methodology is an important strategic step in the project, following on from the evaluation of the first phase of the project and the development of a long-term strategy and implementation strategy.

The project is being carried out with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture, the National Recovery Plan, and the European Union.
