We offer subsidized workshops and lectures that explore topics relevant to teenagers and young adults.
NO CAP!/UPŘÍMNĚ is a safe and honest space where art, education, and personal development come together. Through creative methods, we explore new ways to understand the world of young people.
The project is made possible thanks to the support of České Budějovice – European Capital of Culture 2028. Our goal is to explore the lives of teenagers and support those closest to them — teachers and mentors.
We want to show that they are not alone in facing their challenges. We create a space for dialogue, sharing, and inspiration. By connecting artists and educators, we focus on topics that often remain overlooked.
Who is the workshop for?
- We are looking for teachers and facilitators from the South Bohemian Region who work with young adults aged 13–19 — whether in schools or during leisure time.
- If you are interested in well-being, nature, mental health, and are looking for new methods and inspiration for your own creative work or teaching practice, this project is made for you.

- Max. 10 participants
- Experience-focused program:Creative interpretation of the landscape as inspiration for working with teenagers and personal development, Introduction to the methodological game Jinotaj, Lecture on environment and art, Unique stay in an artistic residency
- ECoC Subsidy: Participants pay only CZK 1,000 for food and accommodation
